Greg Madison is originally from Canada. He has lived, worked, and studied in Edmonton (Canada), Oslo, Dublin, Sheffield, Brighton, and London. He is an experienced Chartered & Registered Psychologist (HPC & BPS), Registered Psychotherapist (UKCP), European Certified Psychotherapist (EAP), Accredited Mediator (UK Law Society and Bar Council), and Country Coordinator for the Focusing Institute in New York.

Greg has offered therapeutic trainings and Focusing workshops worldwide, including New York, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Greece and continental Europe. He has served on the faculties of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology training institutes and universities in London, New York, and Edmonton.

Greg has experience of working therapeutically and supervising in various settings. He has worked with young people on the streets of inner city Dublin, Sheffield, and London. He has counselled sex workers, worked with patients and families in an HIV hospice and acute general hospital, and worked with clients around issues of gay and minority sexualities. He has worked as a therapist with international university students, high level corporate executives, and has developed and managed an NHS psychotherapy service in a large London teaching hospital. Greg has also worked with psychiatric in-patients experiencing post-traumatic stress and has offered clinical supervision to counsellors at various mental health agencies.
