Greg supervises doctoral research on intercultural mobility, for example the experience of being a 'trailing partner', an economic skilled migrant, cross-cultural relocation & global nomads. He is also continuing research on Existential Migration - an
in-depth exploration of home, belonging, and the psychological experiences of people who chose to
live in foreign cultures.
Greg is developing innovative forms of self- and
peer-coaching, and conflict resolution. He has recently written a chapter, Let Your Body Be Your Coach, for an upcoming book on existential coaching. These new models
are grounded in research that shows the usefulness of paying attention
to how our bodies experience complex thought and situations. Greg remains interested in
the application of psychotherapy and existential insights
to non-traditional and everyday settings. He is increasingly using skype, internet and telephone mediums to augment face to face teaching, supervision, coaching, & therapy.
