You do not have to be in crisis or have a mental health issue to benefit from psychological therapy sessions. These sessions offer opportunities to explore all aspects of life experience, from personal development to difficult conditions like anxiety and depression, bereavement, illness and relationship issues.

I offer sessions face-to-face in central London & Brighton/Hove or via Skype (or equivalent). The style of therapy is respectful and exploratory, each session with its own flavour, keeping the treatment as effective as possible. Due to my travel schedule, there is some flexibility about times and frequency of meeting. I am recognised as a specialist provider for private healthcare* (your insurance company will tell you what your policy covers and whether you require a GP referral to see a psychologist or psychotherapist). If you are self-financing you can make contact direct through email without referral from another professional. In addition to my private practice, I remain active in academic settings and as an international trainer & lecturer in existential therapy, Focusing, cross-cultural issues and the meaning of ‘home’ and ‘belonging’. I also offer post-graduate advanced training in Focusing-Oriented Therapy in central London with The London Focusing Institute. See my Publications page for more interests and some recent writing. I am often invited to offer training events in North America, across the UK, Australia and throughout Europe. If you’d like to host an event, for professionals, academics, or the general public, please make contact by email.

*Due to recent changes in their practices, I have withdrawn my services from AXAPPP.
